Billing & Payment: All billing for consulting services is via email, with payments due at our offices within 14 days of invoice. Other payment options are available by special pre-arrangement; please contact us if you have any questions.

Please note that unpaid consulting bills may result in suspension of support and web hosting services until payment is received and checks clear, so please make every effort to pay on time.

Large projects and websites for new clients: For most large projects, such as a new website, we approach the work like a construction project. Here's how it works:

1. You pay a pre-agreed down payment (retainer) before we begin.
2. We work on the project, keeping you fully informed throughout the process and asking for frequent feedback to be sure you're getting exactly what you want.
3. For lengthy projects, we will send interim bills (progress billing), roughly on a monthly basis.
4. When the site is ready to go live, you pay the remaining balance.
5. We then make your site go live and submit it to search engines.

NOTE: Work that we do after your site goes live is charged at normal hourly rates and billed monthly.
