Key events are listed below:
EFFECTIVE July 15, 2016: Elizabeth Olson stops performing website design and update services. Customers referred to Larry Gotkin (see next item below).
EFFECTIVE September 15, 2016: Precision Computing Arts, LLC (based in Tucson, AZ and owned by Larry Gotkin) takes over all website operations and support previously handled by Precision Computing Arts, Inc.
EFFECTIVE September 30, 2016: Precision Computing Arts, Inc. closes its Oregon and California corporation. Elizabeth Olson retires.

We expect the transition between service owners to be a smooth one. Precision Computing Arts, LLC will continue to host — and welcome — new and existing SiteBuilder websites and provide account support for them. Existing customers do not need to make any changes to website login procedures.
Website Account Support
While we generally do not charge for brief (approximately 5-10 minutes) phone calls or short email replies, we do charge if additional time is required. For important contact and support details, please see our Contact page.
If you need support for your PCA website hosting account, please complete an online Support Request so we can better serve you.
If you ever need a new website that's similar to one PCA already hosts for you, please complete an online Support Request. We can copy your existing website to a new one that can be customized to your needs. The copy service is free; you simply activate the new site with credit card or statement billing and pay standard website hosting fees.
NOTE: We cannot offer free support, except during FREE Website 10-Day Trial Period (some exceptions apply; please ask if you have any concerns).
(Clients who are updating their own websites or who have companies other than PCA updating them do not need to take any action. Your website hosting payments have always been handled by another corporation – EZOT, Inc. – which also bills under the name SiteBuilder and is based in Houston, TX.)

After a long search to find someone who can fill our website hosting, design and update shoes, we are pleased to recommend Larry Gotkin, of Precision Computing Arts, LLC (based in Tucson, Arizona). Larry is an accomplished architect, artist, photographer, writer, user of computer software, and master craftsman who has his own craft-business website on the same SiteBuilder platform you are using. Larry is honest, conscientious, and a quick-study, so we feel comfortable recommending him. (Full disclosure: Larry is Elizabeth Olson's way-smarter younger brother.)
If you need help with your website, please complete the Consulting Agreement form if you haven't done so already. Precision Computing Arts, LLC will invoice you directly for website consulting services.
Note that website update, consulting, and support services are separate from website hosting services, which are paid to EZOT, Inc. of Houston, TX.
NOTE: We are now taking on new projects and website updates. Do-it-yourselfers and professional website designers are always welcome to create and maintain websites on our easy-to-use professional-quality Sitebuilder platform.
