We welcome new and existing SiteBuilder websites and provide account support for them. Sitebuilder websites are our specialty. Sitebuilder is the best Content Management System (CMS) we have found both for professional website developers and do-it-yourself end-users who wish to maintain their own websites. The system includes everything you need for setting up and maintaining websites, from simple five-page informational websites to complete e-commerce shopping carts.
While we generally do not charge for brief (approximately 5-10 minutes) phone calls or short email replies, we do charge if additional time is required. For important contact and support details, please see our Contact page.
If you need support for your PCA website hosting account, please complete an online Support Request so we can better serve you.
If you ever need a new website that's similar to one PCA already hosts for you, please complete an online Support Request. We can copy your existing website to a new one that can be customized to your needs. The copy service is free; you simply activate the new site with credit card or statement billing and pay standard website hosting fees.
NOTE: We cannot offer free support, except during FREE Website 10-Day Trial Period (some exceptions apply; please ask if you have any concerns).
(Clients who are updating their own websites or who have companies other than PCA updating them do not need to take any action. Your website hosting payments have always been handled by another corporation – EZOT, Inc. – which also bills under the name SiteBuilder and is based in Houston, TX.)
Third-Party Program Support
We cannot provide support for third-party programs and tools that are not part of the SiteBuilder system, including HTML code and scripts. If you insert HTML code that breaks your website, we can help you remove it. However, normal hourly consulting rates will apply.

Larry Gotkin, of Precision Computing Arts, LLC (based in Tucson, Arizona) provides support for your website. Larry is an accomplished architect, artist, photographer, writer, user of computer software, and master craftsman who has his own craft-business website on the same SiteBuilder platform you are using. Larry is honest, conscientious, and a quick-study.
If you need help with your website, please complete the Consulting Agreement form if you haven't done so already. Precision Computing Arts, LLC will invoice you directly for website consulting services.
Note that website update, consulting, and support services are separate from website hosting services, which are paid to EZOT, Inc. of Houston, TX.
We truly appreciate your business and will do our best to provide you with excellent, prompt service at a fair price.
Billing & Payment: All billing for consulting services is via email, with payments due at our offices within 14 days of invoice. Other payment options are available by special pre-arrangement; please contact us if you have any questions.
Please pay for consulting services by check or money order. We cannot accept PayPal, debit card, or credit card payments for consulting services. Exception: Non-United States companies can pay via PayPal (please contact us for details). Credit card payments are welcome for website hosting services.
Unpaid website consulting bills may result in suspension of support and web hosting services until payment is received and checks clear, so please make every effort to pay on time.
If your check bounces, you must repay the invoice (including any bank fees for the bounced check) and all future invoices via MONEY ORDER.
