Form Builder contact forms often have several mandatory fields and require you to enter a security code in order to store information correctly. You may receive an error message such as "Please be sure you've entered the correct security code shown" or "Please ensure all fields are entered correctly" when you try to submit the form. If this happens, click OK to clear the message, then take a look at possible solutions:
- You may have missed completing a required field: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. You cannot leave those fields blank.
- You may have mistyped the security code: You may enter upper- or lower-case letters, but be sure to type accurately (especially, avoid confusing the letter o with the number zero or the letter l with the number one).
- The security code may have timed out: If this happens, refresh the page so the form is empty and try completing the form again (a bit faster this time).
Tip: To prevent timeouts, avoid creating overly long forms for your visitors to fill out.
